Rio is around 1.5 years old. He was found abandoned without a microchip and taken to the municipal pound of Hellín on 20 March 2022. Hellin is one of the worst pounds in Spain. He was in a bad state.
He was Approximately 17kg at first rescued and 20kg currently.
Rio is a young dog that most likely has never experienced living with a family in a home. The area that he was found in is a quiet rural area without urban environs and we can assume he has never lived in a busy urban environment.
Rio is active, energetic, sociable and loving. He is excellent with other dogs and with people. He is a wonderful amiable and happy young dog. No prey instinct has been observed.
Rio is good with children and is not cat tested
