Lady is approximately 9 years old and approx 18 kgs and was very thin when handed into the pound by her owner. Lady is now safe in a residencie in Spain.
Pointers in Need never let a dog down, so when we were told she could have mammary cancer we did not turn our back on her.
It is good news though that Lady’s biopsy shows mostly low-grade cancers and benign growths, with no signs of spread. She’s already had the most urgent masses removed, which was the most important step. The remaining tumours have now been removed and Lady is doing well.
As with all our dogs we give full support and backup for Lady. We know that most people will read this and will cast Lady aside as a possible adoption due to her condition and age. Lady is still full of life and just wants a kind home.

Lady is a very friendly girl. Brilliant temperament. She is not as yet cat or child tested yet but shares a kennel with another pointer male, whom she loves. Lady walks well on the lead. Just looking for her own very own family.
