As the magical time of the year approaches we thank all our wonderful adopters, fosters, donators and followers.
Our helpers and resurers all throughout Europe: especially Jan in Spain, Despina in Athens, Kathy in Turkey and Eleni in Ioannia, your work is appreciated so much.
We, Pointers In Need are very grateful for all the kind and extremely caring humans that love and support our beautiful breed, the Pointer.
Majority from overseas find themselves very much in need of our help and our Pointers in UK find themselves in changes of circumstances, we are always there to step in and help these magnificent creatures.
My Volunteers, have worked tremendously throughout 2025 rehoming 81 Pointers, many more in foster and financial help for the overseas ones we couldn’t commit to but made a difference to their lives. The team taking on many daily tasks, endless paperwork, phone calls, emails, packing goods and running back and forth to the post office.
Did I hear a moan from any of them?
Not at all! …..Well… Maybe the odd one from frustration, late night calls, Pointers arriving at all hours, the list is quite endless and so they are forgiven!
