Charlie-boy from Spain was found tied to a fence by a volunteer and since then he’s being fostered by the volunteer. He’s seven years old, good with children, cats and other dogs which would make him the perfect family addition.
Charlie in on the nervous side but now everyday he’s getting better and better, enjoying the simple life with his fosterers other dogs and cats.
