OUR BEAUTIFUL JACKIE IS NOW IN THE UK
She was rescued in Turkey in Spring 2025 in a government shelter .She is around 6 years old (according to her health book) but might be a bit younger.
Her Foster Mum says:
“she’s a gorgeous girl with the sweetest temperament.
A pint sized Pointer at only 60cm tall to her withers and 18.55kg, full of beanz and doing very well with her home training (despite the distraction of my exuberant young Morpheus! )
She adores cuddles & literally bounds up to you to be stroked, loves her food and after a walk or garden run would happily settle calmly at your side, head on your leg for hours!
Her walking on lead is also pretty good. Extremely inquisitive, friendly with every other dog we’ve met and is gradually letting her serious side go and playing chase with other dogs big or small. She’s got a fair prey drive, so if she spots something, she will pull forward but I think that with some strong one to one training and regular habits set in, she’ll be a very easy to handle wee Pointer.”
