Maia is a sweet and beautiful 4 years old black and white pointer mum.
She was found with 5 puppies in a terrible state in Andalucia, Spain. We believe she had a previous owner that didn’t care for her. She was left to fend for herself in an enclosed area where she was able to get out through a small hole in a fence. As usual in this cases she was not microchipped.
Her puppies have all found their new homes apart from one who unfortunately died crossing a road.
When the refuge people found her she was anaemic, was suffering from a skin condition and was all skin and bones.
At the beginning Maia struggled to trust anyone understandably. But now she is gaining trust in people and is showing a lovely temperament. She would love to find her forever home as her puppies did. Would you open your heart to welcome Maia in your world?
She is clear of Mediterranean diseases and will be spayed soon. She has been child tested but not cat tested.
