Meet handsome Tom.
From Spain and from a Spanish breeder, he was a show dog most of his life.
He is now in a UK foster home and this is what they say about him:
“He’s been an 100% angel here – best pointer I’ve had at walking out on his lead – just ambles along beside me , interested in everyone he meets, received loads of attention!
He is a loving gentle pointer. He sleeps in his crate all night no problem. Gets on well with everyone he meets. Walks really well on his lead beside me, no pulling. He is a gentle boy. Loves cuddles.
Only negatives so far – a couple of wee accidents straight after food but we solved that by taking him straight outside!
I’ve took him with Lily to a busy local National Trust place, he was perfect, including at the cafe after a walk!!!!
I make Lily walk in front when out/ first fed . But – if we say NO he seems to respect that immediately! I’ve taken toys away no problem. Not that we have many, Lily doesn’t do toys!
He does cuddle up to people even ones he doesn’t know!”
