I cannot remember a time when I haven’t been around dogs or “surrounded” by dogs.
Also my other passion is horses. Springer spaniels, Labradors and mixed breeds, just dogs!
Milo and Louis were my first Pointers, they were rescues and were Brothers and five years old; and oh boy, I learnt so much about this amazing breed: lovable, loyal and crazy, that’s when I fell in love.
Sadly I lost Louis first at only eight years old then Milo at ten years old.
During the time I had them I followed Pointers In Need; so naturally I went to them to find another Pointer, I applied and adopted Izzy, our shy, quirky love bug. The rest is history.
Now I am retired, I cannot think of a better way than to use my time, volunteering my help to the amazing team, that’s Pointers In Need.
